- 4 Figs Stemmed
- 8 Medjool Dates Pitted
- 1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Real or Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cherries sweetened with apple juice
- 1 Cup Organic Coconut Finely Shredded
- 1 Cup Organic Coconut Flakes
- 3 TBSP Organic, Raw Cocao Powder
- 1/4 Cup Banana Chips Baked
- 1/2 Cup 100% Unsweetened Cacao Chips

Instructions
- Pulse ALL ingredients in a 7 cup food processor until well incorporated. Line a large plate with parchment paper. Scoop and form balls approximately 1 1/2 inch in diameter. (A cookie scoop works great for this) Place balls and freeze for approximately 45 minutes, until frozen solid. Remove fro late and store in air tight container. Keep in freezer until ready to eat.
